candle care

Lualle candles are made with a superior coconut soy wax, free from paraffins & other nasty ingredients.

A few things you may notice with Coconut Soy is the wax may stick to the sides of the vessel, this is very normal. It will gradually melt away as it burns down the jar.
Imperfections are to be expected when your candle cools down & resets as it is made from a natural clean wax.

When lighting your candle for the first time, allow the candle to burn so that it melts across the entire surface from edge to edge, this also avoids tunnelling.

Never leave a burning candle unattended & always burn candle within sight

It is important to not allow your candle to burn for more than 4 hours at a time as the vessel may become hot
• Ensure wicks are upright & trimmed to 5mm before each use & including first use
• Extinguish candle when 1cm of unmelted wax remains in the bottom of the vessel & never move a burning candle
• Ensure the candle is extinguished, wax is solid & jar is cold before handling as vessels may become hot
• Burn candles on flat heat-resistant surface away from drafts, children, pets & any flammable material, (including flowers, especially dry)
• If you get any black soot around the rim of your vessel, simply wipe with a damp cloth once you have extinguished your candle
• Never use water to extinguish a candle

We hope you enjoy burning your Luallé candles x
